For over 10 years, Grace Hospice has understood the importance of providing the utmost medical care and support for you and your family that is deserved during this difficult time. On behalf of our dedicated professional staff we welcome you to explore the information we have provided for you in this site and encourage you to contact one of our local offices directly for further questions or assistance.
Grace Hospice exists to provide symptom control and support for persons in the last phases of incurable disease so they may live as fully and as comfortably as possible. We recognize dying as part of the normal process of living and focus on maintaining the quality of remaining life. Grace Hospice affirms life and neither hastens nor postpones death. We exist in the hope and belief that, through appropriate care and the support of a caring community sensitive to your needs, terminally ill patients and their families may be free to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is satisfactory to you. We are committed to ensuring your rights and privileges as a hospice patient.
“You matter because you are you. You matter to the last moment of life, and we will do all we can, not only to help you die peacefully, but also to live until you die.”
- Dame Cicely Saunders
